Jason Davis is the visionary founder and Director of Pearl & Chance which was named out of his love for his daughter Pearl and newborn son Chance.

An award-winning estate agent with over 20 years of industry experience, Jason's energy and commitment go far beyond real estate.

As well as being a devoted Arsenal supporter, Jason is passionate about health and fitness and begins each day with a 4:00 am gym session, showcasing his discipline and steadfastness. And to find equilibrium and harmony he loves nothing more than peaceful strolls with his miniature schnauzer Chachi.

Born and raised in North West London, Jason knows the Golders Green area intimately. This knowledge, alongside his commitment to be the best person he can be, not only keeps him vitalised, but it also permeates the culture of Pearl & Chance estate agency.

Raised in East London, Melissa – fondly known as Mel - is our hugely experienced Lettings Property Manager, bringing more than 17 years of experience to the Golders Green community.

Mel is known for her meticulous attention to detail, her energy, and her thirst for staying at the forefront of lettings regulations. These qualities have made her invaluable to our busy landlords who trust her implicitly.

To relax, Mel loves spending time with her family, especially her cherished nieces and nephews, or you’ll find her immersed in her fascination with crystals - captivated by their energies and auras. Mel also loves to practice meditation which leaves her with a deep sense of calm and rejuvenation.
